Zion Coffee Gives Back

Zion Coffee shop in Peoria Illinois has decided to take the initiative and support the frontline workers in their special Zion way. Zion is trying to spread joy by giving those frontline workers a cup of joe with special handwritten notes saying thank you for all the work they have been doing during this pandemic. Now, of course, doing something like this, caught the local media’s attention. This is great news for Zion because now they are getting exposure and they can possibly get new customers. This also helps the small business when it comes to building a stronger and more beneficial relationship with their customers. Their customers help them stay. in business by making purchases and Zion’s Coffee Shop is expressing how much they value their customers by giving back to the community. This helps the consumers see that not only ZIon cares about their customers but that they are own and operate by genuine people. Being able to express that in person is amazing but since the pandemic, it is harder for Zion and other shops to stay afloat during this time. Not only is ZIon getting coverage or publicist but they are doing a great job of showing authenticity. Consumers love people and companies that are authentic and genuinely all-around good.

Since the pandemic Zion has created the Zion at-home coffee, you can purchase bottles of Zion coffee in different flavors and have it right there in your fridge without having to order out every morning to have your coffee delivered to you. They have posted so far about four different drinks they are selling that you can keep your home and drink at a later date. Posting content like this could end creating the form of earned media. They have already used the form owned media since they have been posting about the products. Let’s say someone buys one of their products like Zion Cold Brew and they enjoy it so much they post in on their social media. Right there zion just earned media and every time I new person post about a product they bought the are spreading the word to hopefully future consumers of Zion Coffee. I know that if I was still living in Peoria and I not only saw the news story but also the post about the new Zion coffee products that are out I would be placing my order right now! 1. Great analysis in here, Emma, just need to focus on the blogging style. Multiple, short paragraphs to break up the content and improve flow.
